Saporito No Basil Pizza Sauce Skillet Pasta

Steps

1. 1. Boil the pasta

   • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until just shy of al dente.
   • Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.

2. 2. Simmer the sauce

   • Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
   • Add garlic and red pepper; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
   • Pour in Saporito pizza sauce and simmer 3–4 minutes.

3. 3. Finish in the skillet

   • Add pasta and a splash of reserved water; toss until glossy.
   • Stir in Parmesan, adjust seasoning, and top with basil if using.
